About the Role
The Lead Technical Sales role is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering or technical sales, particularly in water pumping, treatment, and solar solutions. The position focuses on engaging new clients, providing expert product recommendations, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
Salary Range: KSh 45,000 – 60,000

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for the company’s product range
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on client needs
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales (water pumping or solar solutions preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to present technical details in simple terms
- Must hold a valid driving or motorcycle license
- Basic IT skills required
